REMOVAL NOTIFICATION FORM

Preamble

This form covers removals into and out of the complex. A separate form exists for residents moving goods in or out of the complex. The key considerations are:

  • By-law 11 provides details of the processes applicable to Removals.  Click on this link.
  • This form should be completed at least three days before the intended movement.
  • Removals can only take place between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
  • Removals requiring the lift should only take place with lift covers in place.
  • A refundable bond of $2500 is to be paid well before a removal commences.  Payment may be made by credit card using the EFTPOS machine held by the Concierge.
