REMOVAL NOTIFICATION FORM

Preamble

This form covers removals into and out of the complex. A separate form exists for residents moving goods in or out of the complex. The key considerations are:

  • By-law 11 provides details of the processes applicable to Removals.  Click on this link.
  • This form should be completed at least three days before the intended movement.
  • Removals can only take place between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
  • Removals requiring the lift should only take place with lift covers in place.

A refundable bond of $2500 is to be paid well before a removal commences.  Payment may be made by Electronic Funds Transfer to:

  • Account Name:  In Trust for Strata Plan 73910
  • BSB:  182 222
  • Account:  2960 27113

The Bank's transaction receipt is to be attached to this form.   Once the removal is completed, application for the bond to be refunded can be made using the Bond Refund Form.
