DARLING ISLAND APARTMENTS FACILITIES

As befitting a complex of its standing, Darling Island Apartments boast excellent facilities to support the lifestyles of residents.

HEALTH CLUB

The Health Club is open to all residents and bona fide visitors. It comprises:

  • A 20-metre heated pool with marked exercise lanes and a large tiled deck with comfortable recliners and chairs.
  • A 10 seat aerating spa heated to 36 degrees
  • A large sauna accommodating up to 8 persons
  • An airy, light-filled gymnasium with equipment to support cardio, flexibility, Pilates and strength exercising
  • Four showers, toilets and changing rooms, all presently spotlessly for residents and their guests.

Children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times in the pool and spa area and are not permitted to use the gym.

RESIDENT PARKING

Every apartment has one or more allocated basement parking spaces in close proximity to the lift lobby which services the apartment. The majority of apartments have two or three allocated parking spaces.

Visitor Parking

There are 18 visitor parking spaces in the basement area which are managed by the Concierge.

Electric Vehicle Charging

Arrangements and processes for providing an EV charging point at a resident’s allocated parking space are in place. Plans are also in place, for when the number of EVs reaches a critical mass, to install the necessary infrastructure to support and manage large numbers of EVs charging concurrently

Car Wash Bay

A fully equipped wash bay is available to residents.

BALLAARAT PARK

Nestled between the three buildings of the complex, Ballaarat Park and the adjacent Darling Island Wharf provides a superior location with a 300 degree panorama for that quiet picnic or exercising the dog. Unlike some developments, Darling Island Apartments are not surrounded by wooden wharves, but by gardens and tar sealed walkways.
