Ideally this form should be completed by incoming tenants and new owners, or your agent, well before the removal date so that the complex can prepare for your arrival. In conjunction with the Removal form it enables set-up of security systems, data bases and for protection of common property.
Once the form is actioned by the Concierge, you will receive additional information to assist in your transition. You will also be provided with access to the Resident only areas of the Darling Island Apartments website.
Where there is more than one adult owner or tenant moving in, the New Owner/Resident Information Form provides fields for two person's details. If more than two, please complete an additional form.
